Jim Balderson
Founder and CEO
Jim Balderson has over 15 years of experience as an owner, broker and developer in the Salt Lake Market. Jim’s boots on the ground brokerage experience has provided a deep understanding of market trends and has created strong relationships with owners and brokers. Jim received a B.S. in Economics from BYU and was the captain of the 2007 nationally ranked BYU Basketball team.
Jenny Taumoepeau
COO, Director of Acquisitions
Jenny has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years with roles in commercial office leasing and acquisitions, ground up development and property management. Jenny’s experience allows her to collaborate with leasing teams, property management and project management to lease vacancies and increase building values. Jenny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Utah.
Heather Llewellyn
Director of Construction Management
Heather has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate ranging from accounting, property management and project management. Heather’s experience allows her to manage projects full circle in a unique and comprehensive way. Heather graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelors of Integrated Studies in Construction Management, Interior Design, and Design Engineering Technology.
Britney Wilkinson
Director of Property Management
Britney is a dedicated Property Manager with more than 17 years of experience overseeing diversified portfolios of both commercial and residential properties. Britney’s experience helps create excellent Tenant relationships. Britney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
Rick Peterson
Director of Project Management
Rick has over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. With roles in ground up development, project management, construction management, property management and accounting. Rick’s well-rounded experience gives him a unique perspective seeing projects from many angles. Rick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University.
